Returns & Replacements

  • A2 Ghee is a food product and is not returnable once opened. If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, we will replace it free of cost.
  • Sambrani cups and diyas are handmade and fragile. If any item arrives broken, share an unboxing photo or video within the return window and we will send a replacement.
  • To request a replacement, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@gauveda.com with your details.
